Be THAT woman

I once went to a dinner party. There was a very eloquent lady, dressed to the nines whom happened to be married to the guest of honor. When she started eating bony ribs with her fingers, so did I. In fact everyone not as educated in the field of etiquette as they had hoped for, followed her lead.  

A new study found that what you eat is not as important as WHO you eat with. Kind of ridiculous, seeing as we normally eat with our better half, and they eat...and eat, and eat!!! 
I suppose in this study they paired woman together. It is very true that women always "mimic" the behavior of a role model such as an older, richer woman or an actress or something. If she ate less so would they. 


I see the same thing when I go to lunch with my friends. Because I always eat out of a side plate, they tend to stop eating when my plate is empty. Not sure if they go home and stuff their faces afterwards, because unlike me, they never seem to get thinner!? (a side order of bitch anyone?)


The moral of the story is, if you want to lose weight, don't just eat like a bird, eat with one.
