HASTA LA PIZZA - BABY!

Live life the way you want to. Tomorrow might not come, but at least you lived your one life well.
How do you do this?

Drink lots of water.
Only eat when you are really hungry.
Eat what you want.
Eat small portions.
Take small bites.
Chew for a long time.
Drink lots of water.

Run
Walk
Play
Dance
Skip
Jump
Lie on your bed and kick your legs in the air.
Swim
Gym

Sleep
Meditate
Read
Laugh
Socialize
Pray

Combined they all make you look good and feel good. Not just in terms of your self esteem, but because you will have more energy, more life and more control.
You will live longer. When you do eventually die, people will remember you for the incredible full life you lived. Your story will be told for generations about how you lost all the weight and went on to become someone who inspired others. Your legacy will be the kick-ass style in which you took back your life and lived it.
